Your new company is a very prestigious law firm based in the City of London. They have internally promoted one of their Desktop Support Analyst and are looking for an experienced 2nd Line Support analyst to join their gorgeous offices and their positive and dynamic team. The working hours for this role will be from 2pm to 10pm Monday to Friday.
The ideal candidate will have an MCP, MCSA and will be familiar with ITIL processes.

- Cisco Unity (VOIP)
- MS Office Templates
- Remote access
- Call logging system
- DMS (iManage)
- CRM (Interaction)
- BigHand (Digital Dictation)
