2nd Line Support Analyst - Essex - £40,000 + Benefits - Insurance Exp Required
My Insurance client based in Wickford, Essex are looking for an experienced Support Analyst to join their growing support and development team. You must have insurance experience for this position as they are engaging in a new phase of business both domestically and internationally. You will be joining an established team of support analysts and developers to provide 2nd line support dealing with Customer issues.
As a 2nd Line Support Analyst will be expected to analyse issues and identify RCA solutions wherever appropriate. In addition to this, you will be assisting the Support Manager in ensuring client needs are resolved professionally within agreed times.
- Previous experience and knowledge of the insurance industry is a must for this position
- Ability to write and execute SQL Server scripts.
- Knowledge of Server and desktop hardware plus storage concepts.
- 2nd Line Support Experience is a necessity and you should be able to support to both in-house and external clients.
