2nd Line Service Desk Opportunity - Leicester - Paying up to £25,000

I'm recruiting for an experienced 2nd Line Support Analyst to join an exciting IT team with over 8000 users from their HQ in Leicester.

They have a purpose built IT department and this is an excellent opportunity to really progress your career.

Ideal candidates will have the following:
At least 2 years’ experience in an IT Support role
Excellent practical knowledge of Windows 7 and Windows 10
Strong knowledge of Office 2010, Office 2016 and modern Internet Browsers
Active Directory administration
Basic Exchange Server administration
Background working for a large company or ITIL environment
