2nd Line Service Desk Analyst, paying up to £35k is required by a leading environmental consultancy companies to support a user base of over 1000 across 30 offices in EMEA with the prospect of visiting these offices. You will be joining a dynamic team of 7 pro active support analysts and be given every opportunity to develop your skill set.
The Service Desk Analyst will operate from the London Office as well as offering high quality Support at 2nd Line level, you will be encouraged to contribute to service improvement ideas as well as identifying training requirements for end users and developing the subsequent training material.
