Job Description: The post holder will be responsible for providing general IT Support to all employees and assist with IT projects such as system installations.
• Previous experience working in a high volume helpdesk environment (essential)
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Windows environments (essential)
• Knowledge of pre 2008 Microsoft Servers and post 2008 servers (desirable)
• Experienced with remote assistance (desirable)
