As a key member of the Operations IT & Systems team, you will work under the guidance of the IT Support Manager with responsibility to manage and provide technical issues for a wide range of software systems. With certifications and training fully paid for and an offer for realistic career progression - Why not submit your CV
* Windows Server 2008/2012 Administration
* Active Directory
* Exchange Server
* Windows Desktops 7/8
* Networking Experience
* VMware or Hyper-V
* Citrix advantage
* A real passion for IT Technical Support and Service Delivery.
* Excellent telephone manner.
* Good written communication skills.
* Good attention to detail and the ability to complete each task assigned.
* Knowledge of networking (LAN/WAN/VPN).
