Role: 2nd Line Support Engineer

Location: Bedford

Salary: £21,000 -£28,000


Due to continued growth a well-established Managed Service Provider based in Bedford is looking for a talented 2nd Line Support Engineer to join their team ASAP.

As a 2nd Line Support Engineer your role will involve a mixture of BAU helpdesk support and exciting project-based work.

Knowledge and Skills Required for the Role:

  • Windows Server
  • Exchange Server & Office 365
  • Active Directory, DNS/DHCP
  • Hyper V/ VMware
  • Networking - TCP/IP, LAN/WAN
  • Hardware Support - PC/Laptop/Mac/Servers/Network Equipment
