IT Support Analyst (2nd Line) Greater Manchester £20,000-25,000

Our client is a well-known organisation. Due to continued expansion we now have a fantastic opportunity for an enthusiastic Second Line Support / IT Service Desk with proven track record to join them. Going through a period of evolution of technology, processes and agile way of working.

You will be part of a highly dynamic technology department that is passionate and wants to deliver.

Opportunity to join a vibrant and very busy team, supporting legacy and increasingly some of the newest MS technologies as they are implemented across the retail estate and head office.

The ideal candidate will:

Coming with a strong interest in IT and a hunger to learn, you will have excellent written and verbal communication skills.

You need to bring the following skills and experience -

  • MS Application support - 2nd line inc:
  • Microsoft exchange
  • Active Directory
  • Windows 7
  • Cisco IPT


We are ideally looking for experience working in a similarly dynamic and changing business - perhaps retail, logistics, financial services - exeprience working in a busy environment.
