2nd line Infrastructure Analyst / Infrastructure Support Analyst

This busy, large-scale organisation is seeking Infrastructure Support Analysts to provide 2nd line desk-based and onsite support to end-users and sites spread across the region (very little travel involved- remote support).
You will form part of a team providing support for solutions/projects being implemented along with day-to-day operational support and maintenance of infrastructure technologies across the full estate. You will also contribute to general Operational Management tasks such as server back-ups, System Administration etc.
This is a very busy environment with substantial technology transformation projects in flight and in the pipeline - a fantastic opportunity to gain exposure to the latest tech .i.e. remote tech, Azure, Office 365, Meraki and more. As an integral component of the companies knowledge base you will also be given plenty of opportunity to upskill and gain formal certifications.
Essential required experience:
- Windows 7 and 10
- Windows Server (2008, 20012, 1026)
- General Network support (Switches, Routers etc)
- MS Office (Exchange / Office365)
- General support of hardware and peripherals - PC’s, laptops, printers etc
- PC/Laptop build and configuration
- Core Microsoft Tech - (Active Directory, DNS, DHCP etc)
This position will suit an IT Support professional with previous experience and knowledge of the above, supporting end-users and infrastructure at a 2nd line or equivalent level
Position is paying up to £28,000 + on-call allowance and fantastic company benefits.
