2nd Line Helpdesk Support Engineer

Our Client is looking for a suitable 2nd Line Support with experience in the following -
Windows Server, Networking, Exchange Server Person Required:
Experienced 2nd Line Support Engineer with excellent problem solving skills and analytical mind is required by one of the leading South East based IT support companies to join the support team providing remote and telephone support for desktop and server issues.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who can hit the ground running working in a telephone support environment. Must have excellent communication, telephone, and customer focused service skills.
Previous experience should include: Using call logging systems, supporting PCs and Servers, Microsoft products including Windows desktop, Windows Server, Exchange Server, SQL Server, Office and Outlook in an Active Directory environment.
An understanding of networking concepts eg TCPIP Firewalls, VPN and Routers is required. Current Microsoft certification also required. Company Information: Long established IT reseller focusing on infrastructure consultancy, installation, support and maintenance.
