2nd Line Helpdesk Engineer

My client is a established yet fast growing provider of IT Managed Services that has doubled in size over the last 18 months due to organic growth and expectations of similar growth going forward. Due to this continued expansion they are looking for a 2nd Line Helpdesk Engineer in their Central Manchester office.

As 2nd Line Helpdesk Engineer you will be working on a fast paced Managed Services Helpdesk looking after multiple clients. As 2nd Line Helpdesk Engineer you will have outstanding client communication skills both on the phone and via email and someone that is technically adaptable and a IT "Jack of all trades". You will be the type of character that is a natural troubleshooter and enjoys working in a role that is fast paced and offering lots of variety, lots of clients, lots of technology.
