2nd Line Engineer (Shift) - Redditch - £30,000 - £35,000 + Shift Allowance

My client, a leading MSP with household-name clients are looking for a 2nd Line Engineer to join their highly functional Windows team. As one of the countries earliest adopters of Microsoft Azure Cloud, this is a fantastic opportunity to take your career into a more cloud focused role. Your primary responsibilities will be technical support in a Windows environment, monitoring the service desk to ensure all SLAs are met for each and every client and ensuring business critical issues are resolved to a high standard.

This role is a 4 on, 4 off shift pattern with overnight shifts included.

Required from you;
-Good communication, interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
-Previous experience supporting a Windows environment
-Understanding of Virtualisation - VMware
-Understanding of Office 365, Exchange
-Understanding of Networking protocols - DNS, DHCP, GPO
