You will have the opportunity to join a collaborative team, providing technical troubleshooting and support across Office 365, Windows desktop and Anti-Virus software.
My client is looking for someone who is passionate about providing quality customer care and in return they will offer you the opportunity to work with a wide variety of companies.
Training will be provided as the client is keen to ensure their 2nd Line engineers are able to provide technical resolution across a whole range of technologies.
This role would be an ideal fit for someone who wants to be a part of a small but solid support team, who enjoys the variety of remote and onsite support and is looking to progress and grow within their role.

• Confident with Windows Desktop, Office365, Anti-Virus Solutions, Active Directory, Cisco
• Previous experience providing technical support at a 2nd line level
• Must have a driving licence with access to your own car
• Happy to work the following shifts 07:00–15:00, 09:00-17:30, 11:00-19:00
