We’re currently seeking a Telephone Account Manager to join our clients team based in Knaresborough on a full time permanent basis.
Your duties will include:
• Deliver a first class customer experience.
• Account management of existing customer base.
• Targeting and reviving former customers.
• Developing new business opportunities where possible via outbound calling.
• Prepare and progress quotations.
• Maximising revenue by cross, associated and up-selling.
• Driving new messages through customer channels including promotions available.
• Hold strong internal relationships and use this resource to further enhance the customer experience and assure delivery of goods in a timely and efficient manner
• Process orders and ensure that your customer is kept up to date at all times
• Mange and prioritise own work load
• To achieve all set KPI's and Targets
• Project ownership

• Excellent telephone and communication skills both verbal and written
• Able to communicate effectively at all levels
• Previous Sales experience
• Excellent Customer Service and Administration skills

• Organisation and planning
Our client is looking to pay a salary of between £17,000 and £21,000 per annum dependant on experience.
