Trainee Tech Recruitment Consultant -

With offices all over the place, you will be regularly jetting of to Berlin, Paris and Amsterdam to meet clients and candidates in a diverse and multi-lingual workforce reflects the global nature of the company.

What we are looking for

• Recent graduate (2022+)
• Bachelor’s degree (2:1+) or equivalent experience
• Organisational and time management skills, as well as the ability to effectively multitask
• Sales experience (preferred but not essential)
• Understanding of recruitment
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and maintain relationships
• Results-driven mindset (preferably with track record of meeting goals and targets)
• IT skills
• Strong work ethic in relation to motivation to reach top earnings

Your responsibilities:

• Attend regular client meetings
• Regularly meeting Targets
• Building relationships and reputations with clients
• Write and tailor advertisements using a detailed job description
• Contract the full recruitment process from start to finish
• Build your own advertisements to build your candidate base
• Screen candidates and prepare them for interviews
• Negotiating salaries
• Promoting your brand on social media platforms
• Smashing targets, earning commission and getting promotions!
