2 x Interim Project Support Officer
Cedar have been engaged to support an NHS Trust based in Wakefield to recruit 2 xInterim Project Support Officers on a COVID-19 related 3 month contract (with the view to be extended to until the end of the financial year). This role is INSIDE IR35 with a maximum day rate of up to £140 on offer.
ROLE 1: The successful candidate will be required report to support the completion of national daily COVID-19 Situation Reports and will support the input and validation of patient level information along with weekly reconciliations of the Situation Reports. This role will also require support with maintaining and updating user guides and standard operating procedures in relation to COVID-19 Situation Reports and will require you to provide training to stakeholders relating to the reports. You will also be required to help identify and improve processes to support the completion of the COVID-19 Situation Reports. Please note the successful candidate will be required to work on site with clinical and operational teams, although there will also be opportunities to work remotely.
ROLE 2: The successful candidate will support the operational delivery of video outpatient services and will be required to monitor waiting rooms to ensure patients/clinicians have accurately logged appointments and waiting times, run daily drop in sessions for patients to test hardware/software process, deal with ad-hoc requests from patient and clinician requests regrading set up issues, support issues, issues with processes etc. set up new users on systems and update documentation accordingly, check systems daily to ensure there are no issues and prepare data analytics in respect of system usage. Please note the successful candidate will be required to work on site with clinical and operational teams, although there will also be opportunities to work remotely.
Candidates applying for this role MUST HAVE:
- Experience in a similar role in the NHS
- Strong attention to detail to ensure accuracy of reporting of information
- Strong communication skills and experience with using Microsoft Excel (e.g. PIVOT tables and VLOOKUP)
