One of our prestigious client based in Tamworth are looking to recruit 2 x Customer Service Advisor to join their expanding team.
This role is are due to expansion within the business and full training will be given.
This role is a temporary to permanent and is to start immediately.
- Assisting with all incoming enquiries regarding proposals
- Dealing with incoming emails and calls
- Liaising with internal and external departments
- Updating spreadsheets with accurate information
Successful candidates must have:
- Excellent communication skills - ability to liaise with customers and colleagues at all levels
- Good administration skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Working knowledge of MS systems including Excel and Word
£ 8.21 per hour
Hours of Work:
Monday to Friday 9:00am - 5:30pm
