2 + PQE Corporate Solicitor - Bristol
TSR Legal are delighted to be working on behalf of this leading Bristol practice currently looking to recruit a talented and enthusiastic Corporate Solicitor looking to further develop their career.
You will handle a constant flow of transactional and commercial work. Some examples of previous work-streams have included business acquisitions, major company and sales for household name clients. Alongside this work, there is also opportunity to engage in joint ventures, finance, private equity investment and a variety of commercial and contract work.
To be successful you will:-
• Be 2 + PQE
• Be comfortable dealing with a broad range of quality and cutting edge corporate & commercial work.
• Be able to operate easily in a team driven environment, communicating with other team members, support staff, as well as liaising direct with clients.
• Have experience of and be prepared to get involved with a number of business development and marketing initiatives on behalf of the Group.
·Take responsibility for running transactions
·Assisting senior colleagues on larger high value corporate transactions
·Showing a sound understanding and technical knowledge of company law
·Effective communication with clients and other members of the team
·Involvement in marketing initiatives and attendance at networking events
·Assist in training members of staff and contributing to the department's 'know how’ systems
