2-1 Support Worker, Stanningley

About the role

We need support workers in the Stanningley area of Leeds to care for our client, an 18 year old male between 16:00 and 20:00, which run over seven days.

Full training will be given but knowledge and experience in the area of learning disabilities/epilepsy would be an advantage. You will be working as one of a team providing 2:1 care.

As a Healthcare Assistant you will be required to maintain a high standard of care, provide personal care, support with moving and handling and be a source of companionship.

Our client enjoys going out for walks, playing role play and going out to the park/being outside.

We require committed and caring individuals who would like make a real difference and embrace the opportunities we have to offer. You will have the full support of the team here at the Leeds Branch.

You must posses the following:

• Have 6 months previous care experience and references covering the last 3 years.
• Be prepared to evidence or obtain the required immunisations for this clinical environment
• Have a passion for providing high quality, individualised care
• CV for file
