We are looking for a customer service focused candidate to provide 1st Line Technical Helpdesk support to business customers, working for a great company in Worthing.
As a 1st Line Software Support Engineer you’ll be supporting clients and troubleshooting Software issues over the phone.
- Providing first line software support to business customers
- Handling Technical enquiries for Software issues
- Diagnosing faults and troubleshooting
- Escalating issues to 2nd line as needed
The successful candidate will need:
- Excellent Customer Service skills and ideally previous experience in a Customer focused role
- A strong interest in IT and Software
- Ideally previous Technical Support experience or a relevant IT qualification or equivalent
This is a full time permanent role working Monday to Friday on a rota between the hours of 8am and 6.30pm. The position offers a starting salary of £19,000.
