Your new role
You will join the help desk in this 1st Line Support Engineer role to assist colleagues on IT issues. You will be supporting the business on Active directory issues such password resets, account creating and new user setups.
What you'll need to succeed
Previous experience working in an IT Support will be essential to picking up this role. Along with this you will have good knowledge of IT hardware and software including PC's, laptops iPads and Mobile phone deployment.
