Do you have experience with 1st line IT support?

Would you like to join a large company who are a household name?

Working as a Product Support Specialist you will be responsible for supporting customer access to portals, administration services & MS SQL server databases. 

Your duties will include:
- Carrying out support tasks for customers
- Loading & maintain data
- Configuring systems to suit each customers needs
- Offer assistance & training to customers
- Troubleshoot systems faults

In order to apply you will need:
- Experience in IT support
- Experience of working with SQL
- Good knowledge of Excel & the ability to manipulate data
- Strong customer services skills
