1st Line Support

A Temp-Perm position has arisen to work within a fun, dynamic and expanding company in Basingstoke.

You will need to have excellent customer service skills, and keen and willing to work within a busy fast-paced environment.

You will be the Service Desk Technician for an account and will be dealing with all IT queries from employees and escalating where needed. Your duties will be:

• Providing support in the form of Remote Technologies, Telephone and Email
• Logging calls accurately in a call logging system
• Working independently on weekly assigned tasks
• Liaising with 2nd line and 3rd party support teams to resolve calls as soon as possible

IT experience isn't necessarily needed as long as you have great communication and are looking for a challenge within IT

You will also be required to work to a shift pattern which may include Saturdays
