We currently have an exciting opportunity for a Temporary 1st Line Technician Support Technician to join a global leader in digital transformation based in North Hertfordshire. Our client is a worldwide information technology partner for a variety of global events that is a leader in all digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities
* Providing effective IT assistant across all aspects of the business and supporting the IT manager.
* Responsible for supporting and maintaining the Microsoft server and desktop operating systems and Microsoft Exchange environment plus general maintenance of all of IT related hardware/software.
* Escalating IT issues to the IT manager where necessary.
* Responsible for managing backups and tape rotation.
* Setting up and configuring new laptops, desktops, mobiles and new core servers.
* Any other ad-hoc duties as required.

Skills & Experience
* Experience within IT service delivery is highly desirable.
* Exceptional customer service.
* High standard of problem solving.
* Experience working with Microsoft systems.
* ITIL is highly beneficial.

* Pay ranging from £8.25p/h for days and £9.90p/h for nights
* Opportunity to go permanent.
* Training is provided.
