Salary: Up to £28,000
Chapman Tate Associates are working with a leading Managed Service Provider (MSP) based in Wolverhampton to find a talented and motivated 1st Line Support Technician to join their growing team.

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide 1st Line IT support across a diverse client base, ensuring the resolution of issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Troubleshoot hardware and software issues, escalating to 3rd Line support where necessary.
- Manage and maintain customer networks, servers, and IT infrastructure.
- Offer support on Microsoft technologies, including Windows Server, Office 365, and Active Directory.
- Collaborate with the internal team to deliver exceptional customer service and support.
Required Skills & Experience:
- Proven experience in 1st Line Support or a similar technical role.
- Strong knowledge of Windows Server, Active Directory, Office 365, and other IT infrastructure components.
- Experience with networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to manage multiple support requests.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to explain technical issues to non-technical clients.
- Ideally, you will have certifications such as CompTIA, MCSA, or equivalent.
