Elevation Recruitment Group Business Support Division are currently working with a very well-established organization based in Rotherham.
The successful candidate will need to be a focused and diverse individual, approachable, proactive and able to maintain the high level of technical support throughout. This position is for an immediate start.
Duties & Responsibilities:
*Provide a high level of customer service and IT support to staff, learners and external clients.
*Liaise across all departments to provide maximum efficiency
*Responsible for the day to day operation of the RNN Group front line Helpdesk
*Act as a first point of contact for all IT related issues into the IT Client Services Team
*Ensure that tickets are logged, managed, monitored and resolved within established and agreed Operational and Service Level Agreements.
*Provide comprehensive support for all functions
Key Skills Required:
*Previous team leader or management experience
*Previous experience in a 1st Support role
*Experience working in a customer focused environment
*Strong communication and organisational skills
*Experience of working within an IT Service/Helpdesk
*Computer Literate in Microsoft Office packages (Word, Excel and Outlook) and the use of Microsoft Windows
Personal Attributes:
*Strong organisational skills
*Ability to be flexible and adapt easily to change
*Excellent communication skills
*An eye for detail
*Able to work well under pressure
