Are you in a first line support role and looking to progress your skills? A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an experienced 1st Line service desk analyst to join a highly motivated team of IT professionals. You will have previous experience in a first line role and be a dedicated individual looking to progress their skills further and be passionate about building your career in IT support. Excellent communication skills are vital as you will be the first point of contact and ultimately will be the face of the company.
Your main duties will be to deal with the Service Requests that come through for new starters, equipment etc. You will also be taking phone calls from customers and troubleshooting effectively whilst delivering excellent customer service, logging all incidents and calls whilst managing escalations to 3rd party suppliers when necessary and to meet SLA targets and KPI s
Essential Experience in:
Previous experience in a first line role
Experience with hardware, imaging, delivery.
Excellent customer service and troubleshooting skills
ITIL Processes and procedures
Exposure to windows servers, Microsoft Office, Mobile telephony systems and Active Directory
