1st Line Support IT Technician, £18-28k

Key Responsibilities:

Based at the company’s London office, you’ll be responsible for providing 1st line support to all users.

  • Logging and managing requests
  • Being the first point of contact for customers via telephone or email
  • Escalating issues as necessary

About you:

You’ll be an IT enthusiast who loves solving problems. This position is perfect for a recent graduate with a desire to become an integral part of a support team. It would also suit an IT enthusiast looking for their first real job in IT. You’ll be interacting with users directly so it’s essential that you’re a good communicator.
