This is an exciting, full time position to start on 16th January!
You will benefit from 3 weeks training and a flexible rotational shift pattern, 5 days over 7, between 7.55am - 8pm. Full flexibility is required
Working on behalf of high profile team, representing one of the biggest and most attractive brands in the world, known for their design and first - class quality.
* You will be responsible for handling incoming 1st line of support calls
* Basic troubleshooting
* Explaining features and setting up handsets and tablets for new users
Your calls could be a straight forward simple query, or slightly more complex, requiring a step by step walk through approach with your customer, therefore patience, knowledge and innovation is essential.
To provide such support, we are seeking technically minded, PC literate, articulate individuals with proven customer service experience.
Candidates need to be available to attend an assessment on site in January!
