My very well-established client provides ICT Support to schools in and around London.

Due to an increase of clients they are looking for a Helpdesk Technician to work on site in Hemel Hempstead. You will be taking calls from schools that have IT problems. You will write and submit a ticket for the engineers to go to site to sort the problem. Over time you will be trained in to 2nd line support so can resolve some calls yourself.

The office is open plan and full of enthusiastic friendly people who are a joy to work with every day. This role is 8.30am - 5.30pm with an hour for lunch Monday to Friday.

You will ideally live near HP2 in Hemel Hempstead.

Skills needed

  • Excellent telephone manner
  • Clear and professional on the phone
  • Based near Hemel Hempstead
  • 1st line support experience
  • Excel and Microsoft experience
  • Be prepared to undergo DBS Clearance
