My client is a leading independent telecommunications consultancy. They have expertise and long-established partnerships with communication providers to ensure that all telecom needs - data, fixed lines, mobile devices, security and hosting services - are working for businesses. They are an impartial consultancy company, delivering a bespoke service. Due to their success, they are now looking to expand their technical customer advisor team.


• Customer Service

• Knowledge of Microsoft Windows operating system XP / 7 / 8, server 2003 / 2008 / 2012

• Working knowledge of technologies and protocols
