My client is a leading London based IT Services company looking for a proven 1st line Support Engineer to be based out of their office in the Bournemouth area.
As 1st Line Support Engineer you will ideally have a IT Managed Services background, be a natural troubleshooter and with some proven technical support exposure across technology such as Windows, O365, Exchange, Active Directory, Networking.
Alongside your technical skill set it is essential that the 1st Line Support Engineer is a solid communicator and driven by outstanding levels of customer service. The role will involve regular trips to local client sites so it is essential this person has a full driving licence.
