1st Line Support Engineer - Citrix - London

1st Line Support Engineer with Citrix experience required in London (5 minute walk from Black Friars Station) for 3 month+ contract (contract is very likely to be extended).

The ideal candidate will have a range of experience as a 1st Line Support Engineer, with a good knowledge of Citrix Xenapp 6, 6.5 & 7.x. Also Knowledge of Windows Server, AD, Office, TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, Telnet, ISS 6/7/7.5 and experience with troubleshooting printers.

Knowledge of O365 migrations, MS Exchange 2010/2013 and XenServer is desirable.

1 week in 4 the candidate will be required to be on call, the candidate will receive an extra £150 per week for being on call as well as x1.5 overtime for calls lasting over 30 minutes.

Shift Patterns are: - 08:00-16:30
                             - 09:00-17:30
