1st Line Support Analyst
Salary: £18,000 - £20,000
Working hours: 9.00am – 5.30pm Monday to Friday with Saturdays on a Rota basis.

Our client is looking for someone who has had experience within 1st line IT/software support, helpdesk support, remote support or as an IT support analyst.
Duties of the 1st Line Support Analyst:
- Answering the incoming support telephone line
- Logging, investigating and diagnosis of incidents
- Monitoring support calls to ensure timely resolution
- Creating support documentation
- Identifying priority calls, and escalating appropriately
