Your new role
As an experienced Service Desk Analyst you will be responsible for working in a service desk environment working within the IT department to manage requests and incidents for a large user base. It will be key that you have a strong customer focused background with solid experience of working in a busy service desk environment. In this role you will be responsible for making sure workload is managed and tickets maintained through the ticketing system they currently use to ensure you keep to agreed targets.
What you'll need to succeed
- Experience of working within a Service desk or 1st Line role previously
- Experience using and supporting Microsoft Office products including Active Directory
- Experience of providing technical support over the telephone, desk side and using remote tools
