1st Line Support Analyst

1st Line Support - Windows.

Based in Richmond, this ecommerce firm are extremely successful and are looking to add a member to their 1st line service desk team to bolster support for over 500 users. Support issues can range from Windows Server to Active Directory to Office queries.

In terms of skills, we are open to background and experience as long as you have 1st line experience supporting Microsoft Office and / or Windows environments as you will get on the job training as well as industry recognised certification and training paid for by the company e.g. Windows, Active Directory, Office, etc.

Progression into 2nd line, 3rd line or application support is expected to be offered as quick as you are able to prove your ability.

Attitude is key as we expect 1st line support to be proactive, career minded, punctual and with a can do, customer focussed attitude.

Interviews are taking place within the week, starting with a 20 minute phone interview, followed by a 1 hour face to face interview to discuss your experience and career ambitions.
