Job Title: Customer Support Analyst

Location: Working form home and office based in Northampton once a week
Adecco are currently recruiting for a Customer Support Analyst to join our client based in Northampton. This is a permanent opportunity paying between £20k - £22k per annum.
The successful candidate will be working within a fast paced, customer focused environment where attention to detail is essential. You will be based in the office 1 day a week and the rest of your working week you will be working from home.
We are looking for a strong character, who can use their own initiative and think on their feet. We are looking for a proactive and highly motivated individual with proven ability to work efficiently and on their own within a fast paced working environment. Previous experience in a similar role would be advantageous however is not essential.
Role Requirements / Responsibilities:
Provide point of contact for all clients through different channels including helpdesk portals, phone and emails
Take calls, raise and resolve tickets
Always deliver a high level of professional support within the SLA's
Troubleshooting and diagnostics
Managing the 1st line ticket requests
Ensuring all tickets are kept up to date and within a 15 minute response time
Recognising repetitive issues and raising awareness
Identifying new bugs and escalating
The ideal candidate:
Excellent level of drive and motivation
Ability to multitask
Customer focused - you will be the face of the company
Preferable experience within application support
Experience of call logging, and speaking to customers
Previous experience of working within a service desk
Desire to learn and adapt
Working hours: (Monday - Friday) 6am-2pm / 8am-4pm / 10am-6pm these could be home working of office based. However, you will be required to carry out occasional Sunday shifts of 6am - 1pm but this will only be approximately 6 times per year and can be carried out form home.
