An excellent and unique SaaS solution provider to FTSE 100 and FTSE 250 companies are looking to expand their support team by adding a 1st Line Support Analyst to directly manage incoming support queries via phone and email.

This SaaS solution provider pride themselves in their exceptional customer service and are looking for a personable, professional and intelligent individual to join their team, support their platform and their valued customers.

As a 1st Line Support Analyst it is necessary to stay calm under pressure and be ready for a challenge. We're looking for a 1st Line Support Analyst with an IT helpdesk background and a generalised technical knowledge. You will have had experience working within the ITIL framework at a previous position. You do not need to be ITIL certified, but you should be familiar with the methodology and the principles it contains. You will have a keen passion for learning new things and will have plenty of examples from previous employers of picking up new skills both from colleagues and from self-study.

As a 1st Line Support Analyst you will support the company with their plans to grow the support function. There is always something new to learn and this customer will support you in gaining knowledge of a variety of cutting edge systems.

The role of 1st Line Support Analyst is paying £25,000 - £28,000 depending on previous experience plus benefits. If you meet the requirements for this role please apply can and if you've got what we're looking for I'll get back to you as soon as I can.
