1st Line Support Analyst paying up to £25k is required by a leading financial Company from their office in Brighton. The international Company who have 6 offices across Europe and North America have are looking for an all rounder to bolster their Infrastructure team.
As the 1st Line Support Analyst you will be offering helpdesk support as well as ensuring all IT processes and procedures are maintained and are ideally seeking someone with experience or an interest in Cyber Security. The role reports directly into the Technical Support Manager and would be a great opportunity for someone who has experience of a 100 end user + infrastructure.
Key Experience Required:
Experience of offering IT Support up to 2nd Line level
Experience with Office 365
Experience with SaaS and other cloud based applications
Experience of Disaster Recovery plans
Experience of WAN and proximity security systems
Experience with Cyber Security would be hugely advantageous
Experience with Solvency II would be hugely advantageous
Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential.
For the right person, the Company will pay up to £25k as well as offering a competitive benefits package which includes a 20% bonus.
The role also comes with the opportunity to travel to the Company's other sites around the UK.
