1st Line Support Advisor

A leading technology based company are currently looking to recruit a new team member to their 1st Line Support Team due to an influx of workload. Initially a temporary contract this role can offer permanent opportunities at a later date.

The successful candidate will be responsible for acting as first point of calls to customers both over email and phone to log their IT issues and determine if it is a hardware or software problem. You will then be responsible for liaising with the relevant team to ensure the issue is resolved quickly and effectively.

Previous experience within an IT field of some sort is highly beneficial but this is also an ideal role for anyone recently completing qualifications within IT and looking for their next step into the workplace.

Based in South Manchester this client offers both free parking and excellent public transport routes.
