1st Line Software Support Technician

As the 1st Line Support Analyst, we are looking for enthusiastic Telephone Support individuals, who are experienced in providing First Class customer support. If you enjoy answering and prioritising calls, working to tight deadlines, and problem solving, this could be the role for you!
The successful candidate will be responsible for logging and answering calls to provide a timely resolution for the organisation’s client base.
Reporting to the support supervisor, your duties will include:
- Answering the incoming support telephone line
- Logging, investigating and diagnosis of incidents
- Monitoring support calls to ensure timely resolution
- Creating support documentation
- Identifying priority calls, and escalating appropriately
Working 9 to 5.30 Monday to Friday with Saturdays on a Rota basis roughly 1 Saturday in 4, 24 days annual leave plus statutory, which increases with length of service to 29 days! Profit share scheme, pension, child care vouchers, life assurance x3 and free eye care.
