Role: 1st Line IT Support Technician
Location: Egham
Salary: £18,000 - £20,000 + Healthcare + Life Insurance

I'm currently looking for a 1st Line IT Support Technician who wants to work in central Nottingham. You will be working for a company of IT solutions specialists who offer plenty of room to develop and grow with an in-depth training scheme and fully funded certifications. This is definitely one to apply for if you're looking for a career as well as a job! This role is perfectly suited to an existing 1st Line IT Support Technician or Service Desk Analyst who wants to broaden their current experience by working with a more diverse range of systems and gain a better view of the next step in their career.

Required Technical Experience:

  • Active Directory

  • Helpdesk and Remote Support
  • Desktop and Software Support (Microsoft Office)
  • Server Familiarity
  • Experience Resolving a Range of Hardware Issues
  • Network and Storage Management, Upgrade, and Maintenance
  • Excellent Written and Verbal Communications Skills and Telephone Manner
