Are you looking for an exciting new opportunity? Do you thrive on providing excellent customer service and support? We have the perfect opportunity for a fluent German speaker to join our client’s organisation and their expanding helpdesk based in High Wycombe.

The right candidate will be a team player who is technically minded, the type of person who values the customer experience as being as important as fixing the problem in the first place, and keen to use their languages within their role.

The candidate should have:

·Technical understanding of MS Windows XP/7, MS Office, printer setup & configuration OR phone based customer service experience

·Basic network support experience, PC, laptop

·Engaging communication skills

·Previous experience of providing telephone, remote, e-mail support

·Fluency in English as well as German
