Role: IT Support Technician - 1st Line IT Support
Location: Egham
Salary: £22,000 - £25,000 + Bonus + 25 Days Holiday + Bank

One of our most reputable clients is looking for a 1st line IT support / helpdesk / service desk analyst with an all-rounded set of skills in Active Directory, Office365, and Windows Desktop who is able to provide high quality remote, telephone, and deskside support.

This role is best suited to someone looking for their 1st role in IT after an apprenticeship or diploma or an IT degree graduate. It would also be suitable for a 1st line technician who is looking for the next step up in their career.

Some of the requirements will be working on exciting projects around the Surrey and London area, so a driving license is essential but all travel will be compensated with not only the generous salary but having your mileage covered.

This company is a particularly good one to work for, with a modern working environment and a really fun team. The company also offers 25 days holiday plus all bank holidays.

Main Responsibilities: -

  • Offer 1st Line Support
  • Document and Manage Helpdesk Tickets
  • Provide User Training
  • Install New Hardware / Software / Cabling
  • Maintain and Improve Knowledgebase

Essential Skills: -

  • Previous Helpdesk / 1st Line IT Support Experience
  • Active Directory
  • Windows Desktop XP / Vista / 7 / 8 / 10
  • Office365
  • TCP/IP Networking
  • Full UK Driving Licence
