1st Line IT Support Engineer

Role: 1st Line IT Support Engineer
Location: Leeds, England
Salary: £18,000 - £21,000 DOE


My client, a worldwide solutions company, is looking for 1st Line IT Support Engineers to join their tech team on a permanent basis. You will be part of a large help desk, providing 1st line support to thousands of users. The company have recently secured several new clients, so are becoming increasingly busy.

Experience needed:
- Windows 10
- Solid Active Directory skills including Group Policy
- Strong knowledge of Office 365 and Exchange
- Windows Server 2012 and 2016
- CompTIA A+ or MCSA Certification
