Our prestigious client based in London's West End are looking for an enthusiastic 1st Line support specialist, with excellent communication skills and a "go the extra mile" attitude!

Providing 1st line IT Support to all our clients, with telephone based or face-to-face support, depending on the circumstances. In addition to dealing with the day-to-day Support tickets, specific projects and tasks will be defined and allocated.


In depth understanding of Microsoft Office (2010 onwards) - In depth understanding of Windows 7 , Windows 10 - In depth understanding configuring PC hardware and peripherals - Knowledge of Lotus Notes or Outlook Email Client - Knowledge of Windows 2012 server desirable - Knowledge of Microsoft Active Directory desirable - Experience in supporting users on Office 365 - Exposure to updating Websites and HTML - Excellent telephone manner and communication skills. - Flexible and adaptable where required.
