1st Line IT Support Engineer - London - £25K
Up to £25K depending on experience + Excellent Training
A brilliant opportunity has become available to get involved with one of London's leading Managed Service Providers. They are looking for a 1st Line IT Support Engineer to join the team ASAP. This is the ideal position for the right aspiring engineer to kick start their career in Information Technology within a fast-growing company.
There are excellent opportunities for progression internally due to the organisations structure. This position will see you progress through to 2nd and 3rd line roles as quickly as you pick up the skills!
Duties include; managing the ticketing queue, answering phones, logging, assigning and escalating issues appropriately and general 1st Line support.
