A highly successful organisation based in Victoria are looking for a personable 1st Line IT Support Analyst with Helpdesk experience to join their IT team.
Supporting approximately 160 users, you will provide 1st line support in a Windows environment. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a market leading business and a friendly and outgoing team.
Key responsibilities include:
Providing a first point of contact for users; calls, email, call logging
Monitoring Anti-Virus dashboard
Deploying Windows updates
Active Directory account management
BAU hardware and software support for PCs, Software and Telephony systems
To be suitable you will have previously supported the following technologies:
Microsoft OS - Windows 7- 8.1
Microsoft Office Suite
Basic VoIP support
You will be an outgoing and personable candidate that enjoys engaging with users. The idea candidate will be comfortable in a busy and fast paced environment with an enthusiasm to develop their career within IT support.
The salary on offer for this IT Support role is £25,000 plus benefits.
