1st Line IT Support Analyst - Helpdesk

A highly successful global business based close to Kingston Upon Thames in Surrey are looking for a bright and professional graduate to provide 1st and some 2nd line support to their user base.

Key responsibilities will include:

Providing telephone and email support for users; troubleshooting 1st and 2nd line issues
Ensuring that all calls are logged within the helpdesk system and resolved quickly and efficiently
Perform IT desk moves as well as preparation of IT equipment for new users
Software installation and desktop imaging

To be suitable for this IT Support Analyst position you will have ideally studied Computer Science or related degree at university and will have 6-12 months exposure to:

Experience working in a Helpdesk, Desktop or 1st and 2nd line support role
Technical skills that include Windows 7/10, Microsoft Office 2010, 2016, Active Directory, Networking (DNS, DHCP, TCP/IP)
Mobile device configuration (iPhone/iPad)
