My client, a growing company is looking to recruit a friendly and customer focused individual with an interest and skills in IT to join their growing helpdesk and support team.
Candidates should have a genuine interest in IT and ideally some experience gained in a helpdesk/line support type role.
The role will involve taking calls from businesses who use my clients software, discussing and logging issues, and trying to help them fix whatever problem they are having where possible, and escalating the issue to 3rd line technical team members of the team when required.
Hours of work are 9am-5:30pm, Monday to Friday. Salary is negotiable but as a rough guide my client said in the £18-20k range dependant on skills and experience - with a nice Christmas bonus to bump up your earnings!
